Glycoprotein Macrophage Activating Factor and Your Health

Tribute to a Holisitc Pioneer

Dr. James Jeffrey Bradstreet, active in the fight against mandatory vaccinations was found with a bullet wound to the chest in the North Carolina Rocky Broad River last month. (June 2015)  He was an advocate of patient health and  testified twice  before Congress about the dangers of mercury in medicine and the connection between childhood vaccinations and autism.

Dr. Bradstreet was a courageous individual who helped heal countless individuals.   How many messengers of truth will be lost to us due to the power and greed of Big Pharma?

Here is the plain, ugly, unvarnished truth – Cancer and autism are BIG Business that bring in BIG Money.  They do not want permanent cures.  Their actions speak loudly.  Their actions make their words obsolete.  Human life is sacrificed every day at the altar of Greed.  We must not let ourselves be sacrificed at the Alter of Ignorance.

Find out more about Glycoprotein Macrophage Activating Factor in the online GcMAF book written by Dr. TimSmith http://www.renewalresearch.com/pages.php/about/drsmith.osp

Excerpts:
This book will inform and explain to you about  two amazing proteins made by our bodies:

GcMAF (glycoprotein macrophage activating factor) and

Nagalase (alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase)
Nagalase is an enzyme made by viruses and cancer cells. We can test for it. An elevated level indicates the very earliest beginnings of either a cancer or a virus.

How GcMAF works:
GcMAF is the protein that activates macrophages and starts the immune response. GcMAF is a protein that is made and released into the bloodstream by your T and B lymphocytes. To sabotage the immune system and disable the macrophages, all cancers and viruses make Nagalese -- the enzyme that blocks production of GcMAF. In the absence of GcMAF, cancers, HIV, and other viruses can grow unimpeded. Dr. Nobuto Yamamoto demonstrated that GcMAF administration bypasses the Nagalese blockage and re-activates the macrophages, which then proceed to kill the cancer cells and HIV viruses.

How Your Body Makes GcMAF that activates macrophages and protects you from cancer and viruses

Vitamin D-binding protein (DBP) is the precursor protein out of which our immune cells make GcMAF. DBP contains 458 amino acids, one of which is very special and quite different from all the others. This is a threonine amino acid, the 420th amino acid in its chain. Attached to this threonine is a group of three sugars. The presence of these sugars defines the purpose of the entire DBP protein molecule. Because Vitamin D Binding Protein comes with sugars attached (imagine a triangle), we can now refer to it as a glycoprotein. Most of the immune system’s “messenger molecules” are glycoproteins.

There are two steps in this process of making GcMASF. The first step is to snip off the bottom left sugar in the triangle model. This is performed by the enzyme beta-galactosidase which is embedded in the outer cell membrane of B-lymphocytes. Next, the sialic acid glycoprotein on the bottom right side is removed by  the sialidase enzyme that is located in the outer membrane of T-lymphocyte cells.  GcMAF is the remaining glycoprotein at the top of the triangle.

Voila!  Vitamin D-Binding Protein is transformed into GcMAF.

Nagalese v the Immune System's holy trinity of Glycoproteins
The Nagalase enzyme, synthesized in and released from a cancer cell or a virus particle, pinpoints the GcMAF production on the surface of your T and B lymphocytes and then wipes them out.  Nagalese is precise and will locate and attack the specific electron bond located at the 420th amino acid position on the DBP (Vitamin D Binding protein), ignoring tens of thousands of other proteins, each containing millions of electrons.  Nagalese never misses its target.

GcMAF is a cell-signaling glycoprotein that talks to macrophages, enabling them to rapidly find, attack, and kill viruses and cancer cells. By activating macrophages, GcMAF triggers a cascade that activates the entire immune system. Blockage of GcMAF production by Nagalase brings all this wonderful anti-cancer and anti-viral immune activity to a screeching halt, allowing cancer and infections to spread.

What does Nagalase * actually do? How does it destroy immune functioning and deactivate macrophages?

(*I found it quite interesting to note that the word Naga comes from the Sanskrit, and nag is still the word for snake, especially the cobra, in most of the languages of India. In myths, legends, scripture and folklore, the category naga comprises all kinds of serpentine beings.)

Because of the way hierarchies work in cellular biology, proteins must do the bidding of their enzymes.  Enzymes, like Nagalase, give the orders and the DBP is programmed to respond down.  Nagalese knocks off the three sugar molecules and the entire immune system is shut down.

Only GcMAF- activated macrophages are going to deliver oxidative bursts that are potent enough to be effective against disease.  Nagalase from viruses or cancer cells have evolved to disable our natural immune system, hence the rise in autoimmune diseases.

Early detection (using AMAS test or Nagalase tests) saves lives, yet most people – including doctors – have never heard of it.

Yamamoto’s four papers were the culmination of decades of trailblazing research in which he had already proven—via basic science and animal studies—exactly how GcMAF and Nagalase work.  (see References) http://gcmaf.timsmithmd.com/book/chapter/35/)

After reading this paper and other information, I had questions.  What can a person do to defeat the Nagalese and turn on their immune system if they have neither access to or money for GcMAF treatments?
OXYGEN and a properly working immune system

There are oxygen (O2) molecules everywhere in our bodies.  Oxygen and glucose provide the  energy that drives all of the our cellular chemical reactions.   When“Bad Bugs” (Nagalese) crash into oxygen molecules, they steal an electron to give them a stable pair.  But the oxygen molecule is now missing one of its electrons.  This transfers oxygen into a good free radical known as superoxide or (02-).  Superoxide needs an electron and it will destroy anything in its path to get one – the anything being a virus, bacterium or cancer cell.

The free electrons and superoxides also trigger chain reactions forming other reactive free radical species.  One of these is the hydroxyl ion (OH-). This is hydrogen peroxide that is 33 times more potent than the kind you buy at the store.  It will kill microbes and tumor cells.

By oxidizing omnipresent chlorine atoms, the electron also generates noxious hypochlorous acid (HClO) which can destroy enemies to our health.

What keeps these mega free radicals from destroying our beneficial cells?  The human body has a large protein molecule (an enzyme) called SOD (superoxide dismutase).  SOD is found in the cell wall (or membrane) of our macrophages.

Low cellular oxygen results in disease and cancer

So how do we increase our cellular oxygen?  This link has lots of valuable information.

Fresh air. Increase the amount of oxygen in the air you breathe by allowing fresh air into every room of your home, office and transportation.   Ventilation devices, air cleaners and other such products are helpful.

Breathe slowly and deeply. Improper breathing causes oxygen deficiency. Use the full capacity of your lungs by expanding both the chest and abdomen. Practice deep breathing for a few minutes every day. Learn Pranayama (comfortable breathing exercise) and practice for a few minutes before meditating.

Aerobic exercise increases the capacity of the heart to pump blood and increases the capacity of the lungs.

Eat smaller nutrient-dense meals (no empty-calorie junk food). Overeating causes oxygen deficiency. Do you feel tired after a big meal? Vitamin F (Omega-3 essential fatty acid) increases the oxygen carrying capacity of hemoglobin (red blood cells), and restores cell membranes to proper functioning. Eat fresh foods and avoid decomposing (rotten) foods. Eat an alkaline diet and create an alkaline Ph in the body.

Clean out your arteries (low fat vegetarian diet, exercise, non-smoking, meditation). Clean arteries will maximize the amount of oxygen-rich blood reaching the tissues. See the Healthy Heart page. Daily exercise is essential to move the lymph, which carries nutrients to your cells and waste products away. Acidic waste products will build up in your tissues in the absense of regular exercise. When these acids crystalize and the sharp crystals start chewing up your muscles, tendons and joints you will become increasingly stiff and sore as time goes by.

Antioxidants help the body use oxygen more efficiently. Antioxidants include Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) which is found in the greenest plants, co-enzyme Q10, vitamin C, natural source vitamin E, vitamin A, retin-A .

Avoid carbon monoxide (vehicle exhaust, fumes from gas stoves & heaters) that reduces the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. Fluoride also interferes with oxygen uptake.  Alcohol and drugs rob the body of oxygen because the body must oxidize these substances during the process of their removal.

Consume supplementary oxygen from other sources such as oxygenated/ozonated drinking water, fresh foods and  juices, magnesium oxide, magnesium dioxide and magnesium peroxide.  We also know that when H2O2 is taken into the body (orally or intravenously) the oxygen content of the blood and body tissues increases dramatically.

Cancer patients will be happy to learn that fresh lemon juice will help adjust oxygen and calcium levels by regulating the carbohydrate levels which affect blood oxygen levels. And, since we all have circulating cancer cells in our body – adding a little lemon juice to clean water is excellent for your health.

Bathe in oxygenated water. Add one pint to one quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide to your bath water and soak in it. Be sure your bath water is free of chlorine (chlorine causes cancer). You can remove the chlorine by putting a filter on the shower head and fill the tub via the shower. Pet stores sell a product to remove chlorine and chloramine from water.  (A bit of baking soda and/or Epsom salts can’t hurt either)

Practice hyperthermia. Hyperthermia increases circulation and removes toxins from the body via excessive sweating. One way carcinogens cause cancer is by attaching to cell membranes, thereby suffocating the cell even when adequate oxygen is otherwise available.

HClO – Hypochlorous Acid

HClO is stomach acid. It serves important function in your body such as killing pathogens in our food and absorbing nutrients.  Drugs that are commonly used to decrease the discomfort of stomach acid can actually result in chronic health problems by depleting  your magnesium levels.  The solution, of course, is to eat a healthy diet!

Be sure to have plenty of healthy protein

Hemp seeds contain all 8 essential amino acids for adults, plus three other amino acids that are considered essential for children and infants. Almost two-thirds of hemp protein is made up of edestin, a globulin protein found only in hemp seeds.  Edestin is a type of plant protein that is similar to protein found in the human body, and thus is perfectly suited to aid in meeting the body’s cellular needs such as DNA repair.

Goji berries, sometimes called wolfberries, are perhaps the most nutritionally rich fruit on the planet. Goji berries contain 18 kinds of amino acids (six times higher than bee pollen) and contain all 8 essential amino acids (such as isoleucine and tryptophan). Goji berries also contain up to 21 trace minerals (the main ones being zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, and phosphorus.

Sprouts are living foods, easy to digest and filled with enzymes, proteins, complex carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Everything your body needs in a form that your body can use! Sprouts are economical, easy to make and nutritious. Sunflower, kamut, hemp, quinoa, and bean sprouts are some of highest in protein.

Spirulina is a blue-green algae containing complete, balanced protein and a wide range of valuable nutrients. Spirulina is approximately 70% easily digestible protein. It contains 18 out of 22 amino acids and all of the essential amino acids, making it a unique vegetarian source of complete protein. Better yet, Spirulina protein is 95% digestible compared to meat sources, which are often difficult for the body to break down. In fact, beef protein is estimated to be only 20% digestible. Spirulina is a wonderful way to consume high quality protein that's easy on the body. It contains enzymes, which naturally assist in the digestion process.

Avocados are bursting with nutrients--vitamins, A, B-complex, C, E, H, K, and folic acid, plus the minerals magnesium, copper, iron, calcium, potassium and many other trace elements. Avocados provide all of the essential amino acids (those that must be provided by our diet), with 18 amino acids in all, plus 7 fatty acids, including Omega 3 and 6. Avocados contain more protein than cow’s milk, about 2% per edible portion. Since rapidly growing nursing infants obtain no more than 2% protein from mother’s milk, we can safely assume that children and adults do not regularly require foods richer in protein than avocado. Our bodies recycle approximately 80% of our protein; cooked protein is denatured and largely unusable, thus our protein need is far lower than what is taught by conventional dietetics. A small avocado will provide more usable protein then a huge steak because cooked protein in meat is deranged and mostly unavailable to our liver, the organ which makes all of our body’s protein.

Figs are loaded with nutritious protein, carbohydrates, essential minerals and vitamins.

Greens are high in protein, especially wild greens. Eating blending salads and juicing green veggies makes amino acids and other nutrients more  available.

Most nuts contain complete and high-grade proteins. They rank and even surpass, flesh foods in the quantity of their proteins. Nut proteins are also free from pathogenic bacterial or parasitical contamination. Almonds - their proteins have a high biological value and some nutritionists say they are an excellent substitute for meat; Almonds have 19% of protein. Coconut - is an excellent and complete food; Coconut has 6% of protein.

And of course, lean meat and fish are great sources of protein as well.
