Intro

Maybe you are new to this topic or maybe you have studied it for many years.  The information now available to the general public is for whosoever desires to learn, understand and benefit from it.  This blog will be like a springboard for you - a clearinghouse of links where you can begin your own research.

To the right is a list of some books in this field of study.  The list is far from extensive.  Each of the links will lead to more information and more books on similar topics.  These authors generally have more than one book.  There is hope for us all still yet, but we must take responsibility for our own health.
